A sense of pride is one of the many components needed to strengthen our community, the way to
do so is by displaying the resources available and supporting causes that will make a positive impact with the community.

The 5th annual Freedom Community Festival
Sunday July 16, 2017
McLevy Green (corners of State & Main Street)
Bridgeport, Ct 06604
12:00pm to 8:00pm

Giving access to better health education & awareness with assistance from multiple health organizations. There will be:
- Dj’s playing music throughout the day
- Performing artists showcasing their unique talent
- Adult and youth activities
- health educational booths to share information
- Independent business owners will be displaying all sorts of products to the community and that are based within the community itself.

Also incorporated in the festival is our Annual Balloon Release Ceremony, honoring those who have lost their lives to unfortunate acts of violence. All these services are non profit and free and
open to the community and the public.

The Freedom Community Festival brings the community and public together of different backgrounds and social classes to enjoy a day with family and friends as one community striving
toward common goals. The festival also incorporates with Non Profit organization from the National Kidney Foundation to free health screenings provided by University of Bridgeport and a host of other informational services that will better each and every person. We as a community are striving for the freedom to educate with health awareness and a better city. For more information
